Bansra Birangana Seva Samity Donation Policy
Bansra Birangana Seva Samity takes utmost care to process donations according to the instructions provided by our donors, both online and offline. However, in the unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if a donor wishes to cancel their donation, the Samity will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid refund request. The timely refund of the donation will depend on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction.
To request a refund, the donor must send a written request within 24 hours of making the donation to the Samity’s official address or email birangana.can@gmail.com, along with the payment receipt and personal details necessary for initiating the refund. If more than 24 hours have passed since the donation was made, a refund cannot be provided.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
